Shipping Information
Is there an extra charge for shipping?
Shipping is included on all care package orders and shipped USPS priority mail. Order’s are processed and shipped within 1-2 days, usually within 24 hours of being received. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will ship the following business day.
A tracking number will be emailed to you by USPS. Make sure your email address is correct. This service may not be available to all APO/FPO shipments.
Shipping to College Students?
Here is some useful information when shipping to college students.
Many colleges have a centralized mail room where the student’s mail/packages are received. Often, the student receives their mail one day after delivery and sometimes the student won’t pick-up their package for several days after this. It is better to receive the package a few days early especially if it is a special occasion or a birthday. Only count business days when calculating the arrival day. Order early so your care package will arrive on time.
The standard delivery time is 2-4 days. Your care package will be shipped from Albuquerque, NM.
Can I schedule a delivery for a later date?
If you want your care package to be delivered on a certain future date, just select “specific date” on the drop down tab located on the order page and you will be able to select your date from the pop-up calendar.
U.S. MILITARY SHIPPING INFORMATION
(APO/FPO and DPO ADDRESSES)
FromMomandDad.com is proud to ship care packages to the United States military service personnel worldwide, including overseas APO/FPO military and DPO – Diplomatic Post Office addresses. The majority of military shipments will be to APO or FPO addresses, there are currently only 16 DPO locations.
How do I address a military package?
When placing your APO/FPO/DPO order, enter the service member’s full name and address in the drop down fields.
City Field: Enter APO or FPO or DPO
State Field: Enter AE, AA, or AP
AE = stationed in Europe, Canada, Africa, or the Middle East.
AA = stationed in the United States and Central and South Americas
AP = stationed in the Pacific or Asia
Country Field: Regardless of the final destination, United States is always used for APO/FPO/DPO addresses. U.S. military APO, FPO and DPO addresses for overseas military personnel are considered United States addresses and are not considered International shipments.

What is the shipping time for military packages?
Orders to domestic U.S. addresses (on United States soil), have an estimated delivery time of 2-4 business days. Overseas operations outside of combat zones, is usually 7-10 business days.
Military APO, FPO, and DPO packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with no additional charge.
Special Note for Bosnia & Middle East
According to the Military Postal Service Agency, depending on where the service member is located, Priority Mail parcels to Bosnia-Herzegovina, Afghanistan, Iraq and Kuwait normally take 10 to 15 days. Transit times will vary depending on operational conditions and the unit of the recipient. A toll free hotline has been established at MPSA (Military Postal Service) to assist mailers in verifying active ZIP Codes in support of these operations. The phone number is 800-810-6098. It is staffed on weekdays 0800-1600 hour’s eastern standard time.
Can I order a package for International delivery?
At the present time, we do not offer international shipping due to various custom requirements including certain tariffs and taxes. However, feel free to contact us to discuss your specific shipping destination to see if we can make an exception.
Can I return a package?
FromMomandDad.com guarantees our packages. If you or the recipients are unsatisfied with the package, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery to discuss replacement or refund. All refunded or replaced packages must be returned to FromMomandDad.com within 10 days of delivery. The replacement will only be sent, and the refund will only be issued upon our receipt of the fully intact care package that you are returning.
What happens if the package is undeliverable?
If your care package is not received after 5 days of expected delivery, please contact us. If your care package is returned as undeliverable or is refused, we will contact you for clarification. We will reship your package at your expense if applicable or we will refund the cost of the package less the shipping cost.
FromMomandDad.com will not be responsible for packages not picked up or packages that were misdirected due to an incorrect address.
Is there sales tax on my order?
The only state sales tax that will be charged will be on packages delivered within the state of New Mexico
